I was all giddy with excitement until I saw no Hurricane Live, pretty please any chance to add that and maybe throw in Scramble Wars with a cherry on top?

@ran77 I definitely should've ADDED in THOSE now that I think about it: I guess because they weren't apart of the 'main' (i.e. SERIOUS) series of 'BC', I just mentally 'glossed' over adding them to this torrent. Since I don't want to RE-up this torrent (especially now that it has a lot of Seeders and Downloaders), what do you advise that I do, R77? :)

51/25/2017, 4:58:00 AM UTC+0ran77
@animepacks007 well can you make a separate torrent for those then? and while I agree Scramble Wars might not be canon, one of the Hurricane Live videos does contain original footage on how the Knight Sabers were formed
61/25/2017, 5:03:00 AM UTC+0animepacks007
@Ran77 YES, I'll make a SEPARATE torrent and not only will I include those ones that you mentioned, but I'll make a PACK just as COLOSSAL as THIS one (just for YOU and the others), too! How about THAT!??!?!! ^_^
71/25/2017, 5:09:00 AM UTC+0ran77
if you don't feel like doing it then you don't have to be sarcastic about it
81/25/2017, 6:18:00 AM UTC+0animepacks007
@Ran77 I didn't mean or intend to 'come off' as being 'Sarcastic' (which I dislike, myself).I am actually EXCITED about doing this pack for you (and others)!

480p files have nice quality, but that first 720p ova has terrible quality; crf24 with 8bit h264 is just too low/high i think range 18-22 would be better, depends if used with 10bit or 8bit h264
102/1/2017, 3:00:00 AM UTC+0animepacks007
@Gaara27 Thanks for the 'CONSTRUCTIVE Criticism': I will keep your Encoding suggestion(s) IN Mind from now on. :)
112/1/2017, 10:05:00 AM UTC+0gaara27
@animepacks007 -_- not sure if sarcasm or not; i can show you screen comparation till i still have files, if you want :)
122/1/2017, 10:17:00 AM UTC+0animepacks007
@Gaara27 No, I meant that in sincerity: it was probably the 'quotes' that made it 'seem' as if I was being Sarcastic (which I was not), LOL. YES, please show me the screenshots as I watch scrolled through the 1st OVA and I didn't see anything that screamed 'terrible quality'.then again, I know that folks in the anime crowd are VERY 'particular' about these things ^_^!

mainly only details are missing http://screenshotcomparison.com/comparison/199131 (mirror: http://pastebin.com/6PwB6479) For me it is bad, for others might not be.
142/1/2017, 11:36:00 AM UTC+0gaara27
you can use Kagura v3 raws http://screenshotcomparison.com/comparison.php?id=142212 they are filtered, so you will have less bitrate and more details when there is no grain. also they are in FHD, so you have to downscale it to 720p (Bilinear recommended). with crf18-22 and slow or veryslow preset you will get pretty small and just right sharp encode :)
152/1/2017, 0:58:00 PM UTC+0animepacks007
@Gaara27 Hey man, I -bow- to YOU for TEACHING me something today: I am going to encode my releases (the 720p ones) at no 'lower' than the CRF 22 value in HandBrake. For this release, I encoded them at a 'Medium' x264 'preset' setting with a CRF value of '24'. 'Something' (my intuition :P ) told me to NOT go THAT 'low' for the 720p release, anyways. I did look at the screens and even though I wouldn't consider them 'LOW quality', they are a BIT more 'blurry' compared to the 'THORA' release.

WTH?! Really?! Come on guys!!! I don't think @animepacks007 were being sarcastic. @animepacks007 Thanks for doing the Ghost in the Shell Collection btw! :)
